It was too good to be true!!!!!!! KakaoTalkPh finally announced that TOP of Big Bang will not be attending the KakaoTalk launch this September 16 due to schedule conflict. They will still pick 20 promo winners who may join the launch party and games. The top 30 active users of Kakao Talk will also be invited to join the event. The only consolation for this big let down is that they will raffle off Big Bang's wardrobe that was used in the commercial. ( I would rather see Top than get his outfit!!! )
