Rain (Jung Jihoon) together with his agency (JYP) and 2 South Korean promotion companies were ordered to pay more than $8 million to Hawaii promoters, Click Entertainment, for canceling a 2007 concert in Honolulu.
In light of this, CLOUDS from all over have created their own videos to support Rain.
